BushMoot Events accepts no liability for loss or damage to possessions and/or personal injury. In making a booking you are accepting full responsibility for yourself, your booking party, your children and you are agreeing to abide by our Terms and Conditions.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

Your place at the Moot events is reserved upon receipt of payment from you. The tickets that you purchase indicate the days that you will attend the event and your place will be reserved on that basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes by You:
If you cancel more than 6 week before the event you will receive 50% refund
If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the event no refund will be issued.

Cancellation or changes by Us:

Once your reservations are made, we will do our best not to make any changes or cancel your booking. However please note that sometimes we have to make changes and correct errors or other details before and after bookings have been confirmed, or cancel confirmed bookings (as was evident with COVID), we must reserve the right to do so. We promise to do all we can to avoid changes and if we make any significant change or cancellation, we will tell you as soon as possible.

Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances:

We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, notifiable diseases, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

Travel Insurance:

We recommend insurance to cover cancellation, loss, damage or injury. As a small business we are not able to act as your insurers and rearrange your stay due to your changes in personal circumstances.

PETS:

Sorry but no pets are allowed on at the Moot events*
*Registered service dogs are an exception

Your Safety:

  1. We can take no responsibility for the weather conditions during the events. We recommend that you come prepared with suitable clothing and footwear for a variety of conditions.

  2. BushMoot reserves the right to close the campsite/finish the event in extreme or dangerous weather conditions. The decision to do this is entirely at our discretion or at the discretion of the landowner.

  3. Camping in the countryside brings risks associated with wild animals and poisonous plants. We accept no responsibility for any injuries or illness that you suffer as a result of bites, stings or from eating or playing with poisonous plants. We encourage you and you should encourage your children not to touch animals or plants that you or they cannot positively identify.

  4. Children are free to explore the site, but they remain their parents responsibility at ALL times.

  5. We will not be held responsible or liable for any accident, loss or damage whatsoever to persons, vehicles, tents, accessories or contents during your stay with us.

  6. BushMoot and the land owners reserve the right to limit or stop the use of campfires, BBQs or any open flame throughout the campsites at our discretion.

  7. Fires can only be on raised platforms and should be attended at all times.

PHOTO’s & VIDEO

We take photographs and video at the events, those attending also take photo’s and video’s at the events, we cannot guarantee that you or those you’re responsible for will be able to avoid being in photo’s, please keep this in mind when you’re booking your tickets.

parking:

Please park in the designated parking areas, trolleys and wheelbarrows are available to help transport your camping gear to your chosen pitch.
All vehicles are parked at their owners risk, neither we or the land owners accept liability for any loss or damage to vehicles.
